Terms and Conditions for the Woolworths Australian Good Taste Cuisinart Electric Pressure Cooker Game of Skill
1) Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2) Entry is open only to all residents of Australia aged 18 years of age or older.
3) The Promoter is News Magazines PTY LTD of 180 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 ABN 57 088 923 906. Employees of News Magazine and their advertising agencies, newsagents, subagents, respective employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4) Promotion commences 10:01am (EST) on Friday 4th June 2010 and closes at 6:00 pm (EST) on Sunday 6th June 2010. (“Promotional Period”).
5) To enter participants are fill out the entry forms available at the Melbourne Good Food and Wine show with their answer to the following question in 25 words or less: “What’s your favourite feature of the Cuisinart Electric Pressure Cooker and how will this help you in the kitchen?” along with their name, address, contact phone number and email address.
6) Judging will take place from 10:00am (EST) on Monday 14th June 2010 at News Magazines 180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015.  Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from News Magazines.
7) This competition is a game of skill.  Chance plays no part in determining the winner.  All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. The best entries as determined by the judges, will win a prize. The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8) Total of prizes is valued at $1,134.00
9) Winners will be notified by email.
10) The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is for some reason unavailable subject to gaming authority approval.
11) Any change in the value of the prize(s) between the publishing date and the date prize(s) is/are awarded and/or claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
12) By entering this competition participants agree that they are an original entry by the participant and does not impinge on any copyright.
13) Multiple entries are accepted, but each entry must be submitted separately.
14) The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion such as photographic shoots and an interview.
15) The promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomprehensible or incorrect entries in the competition.
16) In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or (without limitation) any other event outside our reasonable control, we are entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
17) If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, we are entitled in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and (subject to any written directions given by the various Lotteries Departments), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
18) The winners release the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoters or the prize.
19. News Magazines collects your information to include you in this competition and will disclose the information to others who help us run the competition.
