Conditions of entry for Vogue Living win a King Furniture Carousel Sofa
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open only to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who satisfy the entry requirements stated in term 7.
3. The Promoter is News Magazines Pty Ltd. Employees of News Magazine and their advertising agencies, newsagents, subagents, respective employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. Promotion commences 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday 21st December 2011 and closes 11.59pm (AEST) on Tuesday 14th February 2012 (promotional period) and the entries will be judged from 12:00pm Wednesday15th February 2012 at News Magazines, 170-180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW, 2015. All times referred to in these conditions are all Australian Eastern Standard Time. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from News Magazines. This competition is a game of skill, so chance plays no part in determining the winner.
5. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. If a prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 12:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 15th March 2012 at News Magazines, 170-180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW, 2015. The winner will be notified by phone and in writing within 14 days of the draw.
7.  To enter, Participants must answer in 50 words or less “What do you love about the new King Furniture Carousel sofa?”

8.  The prize on offer is a four seater Carousel sofa with high arms, valued at $5,624. Cushions, as shown, will be included with the sofa.
9. This prize package may not be combined with any other voucher or offer.

11. Entries without the required information will be deemed incomplete and will not count towards an entry into the Promotion.
12. King Furniture will provide deluxe delivery at no cost in metro areas of cities in which a King Furniture showroom is located (ie. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Canberra only). If the winner is not based in one of these metro areas, they must pay for the transport cost.
13. Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
14. Prize value is accurate at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
15. Winners must take the prize as offered. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or great value if the prize is for some reason unavailable subject to gaming authority approval.
17. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by you or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
19. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomprehensible or incorrect entries in the competition. We also accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings in the competition.  You should seek Independent financial advice about such matters.
20. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or (without limitation) any other event outside our reasonable control, we are entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition - subject to any written directions from the various regulatory bodies responsible for supervising the conduct of the competition (the Lotteries Departments).
21. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, we are entitled in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and (subject to any written directions given by the various Lotteries Departments), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
22. The winner releases the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses), cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoters or the prize.
23. In the event of a third party other than the promoter canceling any event related to this prize, the Promoter cannot be held responsible.
24. The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion.
25. Entrants’ details may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
